2.3 Your First Sign-In

After verifying your recovery email, sign in at vault.lightdrive.one. LightDrive finishes activating the services attached to your account.

Check these items first

  1. Open Settings → Account and confirm your LightDrive ID and recovery email.
  2. Open Settings → Plan & Billing and review the plan, quota, trial or renewal date, and payment status shown there.
  3. Open Settings → Security and add the sign-in protections you want. Save backup codes somewhere outside LightDrive.
  4. Open Files to see your personal file area. LightDrive creates the default Books and Photos content during activation.
  5. Open Email and confirm that the welcome message appears in your mailbox.

Use the app menu to move among services. If activation is incomplete after verification, sign out once, sign back in, and then contact Support if the missing service does not appear.
