Create an account from the Join link on lightdrive.one.
Information you provide
- a unique LightDrive ID;
- a strong account password;
- a recovery email address outside LightDrive; and
- the required registration and policy acknowledgements.
Your LightDrive ID also becomes your @lightdrive.one email address. Check the spelling before submitting the form because the ID is used throughout the service.
Complete verification
LightDrive creates the account in an Unverified state and sends a verification message to your recovery email. Until you verify it, Vault storage is limited to 1 MB and outgoing LightDrive email is disabled.
You have seven days from registration to verify the recovery address. LightDrive sends a final warning after six days. An account that remains unverified after the deadline is automatically deleted, including its mailbox and stored data, and the reserved username is released.
